This is how the castle crumbles;
Stone by stone
This is how humanity lost it’s humanity;
We stopped sharing
This is how the world ends;
We stop caring

In a few words. You said very meaningingful words. Trump want to stop the 2 billion for the starving in Africa. Few care. 1.2 trillion on war and no room for human kindness. I believe the value of the people in Africa is more important than more un-neccesary weapons. If the USA don’t help. Maybe 16.5 will die of hunger. I went the Africa three times for President Clinton and I saw death and starvation. I pray for common sense and for the people to ensure. We assist Africa and anyone in need.

Indeed but Africa needs to sit up and shape up. For how much longer must she depend on the kindness of others for bare necessities!

I remember USA received help after hurricane. Japan saved Honduras after their hurricane. Saving life isn’t charity. Every life had value. Africa need to shape-up. I agree. But USA had 51 million on welfare. Rich countries need to invest in their kids. Old Native American saying. Teach the children well. They are our future. Is saving many lives worth the effort of few. The few must assist. We need the old wisdom.Lead with concern, kindness and love.

Beautiful, and sorrowful words.
The world is not the way it is by chance, we allowed this as we turned a blind eye and separated ourselves from that which we are a part of, and which will always be a part of us,
Humanity.
The solution has always been so close that we fail to see it. It starts with a single kind heart.
As you mentioned in one of your comments DeScribe….Ubuntu

Indeed!
So near yet so faraway
How do we break down these walls
And find the keys to the iron doors of our hearts

I love your haikus and how you are able to capture essence in as little as 15 words. The title makes sense and the poem is gracious

Thanks! If I were a poem I am almost definitely sure I would be a haiku. Their brevity and depth is a mystery to me.
